WIOG BABY IDOL CONTEST SUBMISSION DETAILS 2013
Please read these rule BEFORE you submit your Baby Idol photograph! If these rules are NOT followed, you run the risk of being eliminated from the Baby Idol Contest.
1. Up to a maximum of 500 baby pictures will be accepted pending verification of contest rules.
2. Submission begins on 3/14/2013 at 10am.
3. You will receive an email response before voting starts (On March 25th) if your Baby Idol photo has been accepted into the contest. Please be patient.
4. Babies must have been born between 3/14/2011 and 3/14/2013. You can’t submit an adorable photo of your child when he or she was 2 and is now 17 years of age.
5. Only ONE baby picture will be accepted…don’t send 2 or 3 pictures and ask us to choose the cutest…you pick! Sending us more than one picture will be automatic deletion of your submission (see below on picture specifications).
6. If you have multiples (twins, triplets etc) you may submit them in separate email entries with one baby per picture.
7. WIOG/Cumulus Media is not responsible for any computer error, glitches, or bounce back emails.
8. All submissions must be of babies who along with their parents or legal guardians are residents of the WIOG broadcast signal area as defined by Arbitron TSA for Saginaw-Bay City-Midland (Arenac, Bay, Clare, Genesee, Gladwin, Gratiot, Huron, Iosco, Isabella, Lapeer, Midland, Ogemaw, Roscommon, Saginaw, Sanilac, Shiawassee and Tuscola counties)
HOW TO ENTER YOUR BABY:

The Baby Idol entry (email) needs the following:
Subject Line: Baby’s last name_Baby’s first name
Body of Email:
a. Your Baby’s first and last name
b. Baby’s Date of Birth (i.e. 01-01-11)
c. Legal Parent or Guardians Name
d. Your Address (city, state and zip code)
e. Your daytime phone number
f. Your email address
Picture:
a. Picture must be attached to the email entry.
b. Baby Picture MUST be a JPEG of less than 100KB
c. NO Other Forms of pictures will be accepted (i.e GIF, PDF, etc…will be eliminated)
d. The requested information MUST be submitted along with the picture.
e. Picture must be saved as baby’s last name [underscore] baby’s first name dot jpg
Example: Smith_John.jpg
Hard Copy Submission:
You may submit a non-email submission the following way:
Drop off your baby’s picture in person at or after 10am on 3/14/12 along with the above information (see “Body of Email” section) at:
